Voluntary trading suspension of Boulder Steel shares on Nasdaq Dubai 
UAE - 2009 November 5  

On 10 September 2009, Boulder Steel Limited ("the Company") announced it’s decision to voluntarily withdraw its securities from the secondary listing on NASDAQ Dubai. NASDAQ Dubai has now confirmed that the shares of the Company will be suspended from trading effective at the commencement of trading on Thursday, 5 November 2009 at 10.00 a.m. Dubai time to ensure that any trades in the shares can be settled on a T+3 basis.

The securities will be removed from the official list of securities of NASDAQ Dubai prior to the commencement of trading on Sunday, 15 November 2009.

Shares in the Company currently listed on NASDAQ Dubai will be automatically transferred to the Australian Securities Exchange the day after they are removed from the official list of securities of NASDAQ Dubai.

The shares of the Company will continue to trade on the primary exchange, Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), under the ASX code BGD and on the Frankfurt, Munich, Berlin/Bremen and Stuttgart stock exchanges in German.
